供应链库存管理策略研究与分析

摘 要
随着市场竞争格局的变化，当前企业之间的竞争已不再是企业个体之间的直接竞争，而已经发展到企业间供应链的竞争。库存不仅占用大量资金，增加产品成本与管理成本，而且还会带来巨大的经营风险，它不仅影响到某一节点企业的成本，而且也制约着供应链的综合成本、整体性能和竞争优势，因此研究供应链下的库存特点，并采取措施加以控制，对提高供应链管理的效率具有十分重要的意义。
本文首先介绍了供应链发展史、供应链中的库存概述及库存管理策略的发展，分析了现有的供应链库存指标体系，并用现有的库存管理策略：VMI（供应商管理库存）、JMI（联合管理库存）、CPFR（协同计划、预测与补充）加以分析，对如何实施库存管理策略提出建议，即要围绕核心企业选择相应的库存管理策略、根据自己企业的库存指标体系的特点来选择库存管理策略。还针对各种策略给出成功的实施的案例。最后并总结论文的不足之处，在此基础上对未来发展方向有个展望。由于供应链库存管理策略还没有被普遍接受，对库存管理策略结合案例进行详尽比较分析，旨在能使企业应用有效的库存管理策略，推动管理水平的提高。

Abstract
With the changes in the pattern of market competition, the current competition among enterprises is no longer the business of direct competition between individuals, but has been developed to inter-enterprise supply chain competition. Inventory not only takes up a lot of money, increasing production costs and management costs, but also a tremendous business risk, it not only affects the cost of a node in enterprise, but also restricts the supply chain overall cost, overall performance and competitive advantage, Therefore, the Study Supply Chain Inventory characteristics, and to take measures to control, to improve the efficiency of supply chain management is of great significance.
This paper introduces the development history of the supply chain, supply chain, inventory and inventory management strategies outlined in the development, analysis of existing supply chain inventory index system, and with existing inventory management strategies: VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory), JMI (Joint inventory management), CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) should be analyzed, inventory management strategies on how to implement recommendations, which are to focus on core business to select the appropriate inventory management strategy, according to its own stock index system of enterprise characteristics Select inventory management strategy. Also directed the successfuimplementationbofvarious strategies given case. Finally summed up the shortcomings of this paper, in this based on a direction for future development prospects. As the supply chain inventory management strategy has not yet been universally accepted inventory management strategy with a detailed case of a comparative analysis of enterprise applications designed to enable efficient inventory management strategy, the promotion of management levels.
