Generally we called GIS in the internet “WWW-GIS” or “WebGIS”，and tts Chinese name is ”Wanweiwang GIS”. WebGIS uses web-pages as the user’s interface of GIS software, combined Internet with GIS technology. It is a macro-social grade GIS which can run various mutual operations. The application of hyper medium technology and hyperlink text language in web pages make the WWW operation more flexible and interesting. The GIS user’s interface using Web will change the stiff interface of traditional GIS software and easy to fulfill its popularization.
